We offer the convenience of on-site service with same-day service and a 4-hour response time, if we receive your service request before 12:00 p.m. EST. Give us a call for more details and we will get your equipment up and running before you know it

Our factory-trained technicians thoroughly inspect all components and clean your equipment in addition to performing any repairs. Service is performed with expedience and attention to detail, and your equipment is tested for full functionality before our technician leaves your site. Our technicians have common parts used for most repairs with them at all time, or we can have required parts ordered from one of our multiple warehouses if our technician does not have the needed part on him. All parts have the manufacturer’s full warranty, or our own 6-month warranty, and our service is backed with a 90-day warranty on labor.

We also offer on-site, preventative maintenance service. When was the last time your equipment received a thorough inspection and cleaning? Did you know that most problems can be avoided with regular cleaning and inspection? Much like a car, this is the reason most manufacturers have recommended maintenance schedules for copiers and printers. Our preventative maintenance service extends your equipment’s lifetime and prevent costly downtime.
On-site service and preventative maintenance are offered on a “as-needed” basis (you are billed for time and materials), or we can work with you to set up a contract to cover all your repair and maintenance needs.
